We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in Canada and the U.S.A.
Shipping rates on orders below $100:
- $9 for Canada (Canada Post Expedited)
- $15 for the U.S.A. (DHL Express)
EU & UK
Shipping rates on items below $100 value:
- $27 for E.U. (DHL Express)
- $27 for the U.K. (DHL Express)
Applicable taxes and duties are extra.
We are only able to offer shipping within North America and to Europe at this time.
Returns
All return/exchange requests must be made within 45 days of receiving your order. Please email contact@bedistudios.com so we may assist you with the return process. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.
We will send instructions along with our warehouse address either in Canada or the U.S.A., depending on customer location. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we will then process refunds/exchanges accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the item is damaged or soiled.
What is the Second Life Program?
As a solution to a bigger problem, BEDI offers consumers a chance to contribute positively to the environment by purchasing pieces to assure they will never end up in a landfill. With our Second Life initiative, all products are refurbished to new condition and are guaranteed to Last Beyond You. This program lets you return a piece to BEDI Studios for a 25% credit towards the purchase of a product of same or similar value. This is the ideal way to change styles sustainably and still feel good about your new purchase! Our pieces are designed with materials and components that are beneficial to our planet as well as being constructed to tie into our lifetime guarantee. Our designs reflect our ethos of creating pieces that not only clean up our oceans and lands, but that are also timeless in every sense of the word.
The Inspiration Behind Second Life
When we started BEDI, we were blessed to have incredible support from our community. Over time, we found that some of our original customers wanted a change– while they loved their coats or bags, some had lifestyle changes that required a different style of bag, or a different length of coat. Some people found that their clothing size changed and wanted something that better suited their new size. And some just wanted to change it up! In all these cases, we wanted to ensure that the original pieces did not end up in landfill, and that our clients could benefit from a discount towards a new BEDI piece that better suited their needs. We are proud to make pieces that last, and we are happy to offer these lovingly refurbished pieces at a discount so they can continue to be enjoyed for many years to come!
