Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 in Canada and the U.S.A. We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Shipping times are typically 2-4 business days depending on location (orders are shipped from Montreal, Quebec).

Shipping rates on items below $100 value:
- $9 for Canada (Canada Post Expedited)
- $15 for the U.S.A. (DHL Express)

Note orders with value of less than $100 pre-taxes and shipping may be sent via regular mail without tracking.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will issue a return shipping label.

We currently offer shipping only within North America and to Europe at this time.

- $27 for E.U. (DHL Express)
- $27 for the U.K. (DHL Express)

All return/exchange requests must be made within 45 days of receiving your order and are at the expense of the customer, please email contact@bedistudios.com so we may assist you with the return process. Include your order number, the name of the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.

We will send instructions along with our warehouse address either in Canada or the U.S.A., depending on customer location.

Once we receive the returned item(s), we will then process refunds/exchanges accordingly. We reserve the right to refuse refunds/exchanges if the item is damaged or soiled.

Please keep in mind that it can take up to 30 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
